The newly released dollar coins are making their way into the gaming world. The dollar coins are now legal tender and will soon be widespread throughout the nation. Sega's newest arcade game, 18 Wheeler American Pro Trucker Standard, has a special slot just for the dollar coins. You can expect other companies to follow in this path. I'm sure that Namco will.

I'm up to my nose in info again. I have found some good sources of news especially for the Playstation 2. After I organize some more material, I will start a PS2 News section. There is a link but it does not contain a page yet. Keep your eyes open for it to be up soon.

Namco's goal to sell a million games was achieved when Tekken Tag sold 400,000 copies of the game in only 4 days. Ridge Racer has sold around 600,000 copies.

This is definitely something new for Tekken and sounds to be verying amusing. Choose your favorite character and bowl it out against your friends. The only modes known so far within TekkenBowl is a jukebox that lets you pick your music while you bowl. It will most likely be the character's music tracks.

As expected, Tekken Tag is going to be very detailed. It has been tough for the development team but they are trying to make facial features as detailed as possible. They want to detail everything. For the eyes they started with pupils; for the mouth they started with gums and teeth. They definitely won't let us down.

Thats right. In less than two weeks, Tekken Tag Tournament will be released. By then the Japanese malls will probably be crammed with loyal Tekken players. This may just be, the most anticipated game of the year.
